End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

CI Raider grants you ("User") a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Encrypted Client Dashboard (ECD) solely for the purpose of managing your client relationship with CI Raider.

2. Access Eligibility

• Access is limited to approved, vetted clients.
• User accounts are individual and may not be shared or reassigned.
• Any attempt to bypass access controls will result in immediate termination.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or alter any part of the ECD.
• Share credentials or access with unauthorized persons.
• Screenshot or record dashboard contents.
• Violate any accompanying Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

4. Security and Confidentiality

• All communications and files are encrypted using proprietary end-to-end encryption (E2EE).
• Data stored or transmitted through the ECD may include personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive intellectual property.
• The system is zero-knowledge from the client-facing side.
• CI Raider assumes no responsibility for unauthorized access due to client negligence or breach of this agreement.

5. No Warranty

• The ECD is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties.
• CI Raider disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

CI Raider shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the ECD, including lost data, unauthorized access, service interruption, or other indirect or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CI Raider from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the ECD.

8. Termination

CI Raider reserves the right to immediately terminate access under the following conditions:

• Violation of this EULA or associated NDA
• Detection of security threats
• Expiration or cancellation of the associated client contract

9. Modifications

This Agreement may be modified at any time.
Users will be notified of updates via in-dashboard messaging. Continued use of the ECD constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. All legal proceedings shall be held in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Arbitration Clause

All disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, under U.S. law. This applies only to users located in the United States.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the User and CI Raider regarding the use of the ECD and supersedes all prior communications.
